All patients are financially responsible for the full cost of their sessions. Payment is due prior to each appointment and a valid card must be kept securely on file.

Bailey Psychiatry is out of network for all insurance providers. You may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement if you have a PPO or similar plan. We’re happy to provide a detailed superbill (medical receipt)

To respect everyone’s time, we maintain the following cancellation fees:

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: $150

• No-show: $150

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care services will cost.

• For Uninsured/Self-Pay Patients: You can ask for a cost estimate before you schedule an item or service.

• What to Expect: If you schedule a service at least 3 business days in advance, we will provide a Good Faith Estimate in writing.

• For Questions: If you receive a bill that is substantially more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill. [1, 2]
